These terms govern use of KimiK3.online, an independent service operated by Luluisland studio.

Accounts and access

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and API keys, and remain responsible for activity under your account.

Credits and payments

Credits represent prepaid service usage and are not currency. Signup credits, subscriptions, expiry periods, and one-time credit packs are governed by the details displayed at purchase.

AI outputs

AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, particularly for high-impact decisions.

Acceptable use

You may not violate law, distribute malware, bypass rate limits, extract credentials, interfere with the service, or violate an inference provider's acceptable-use policy.

Third-party marks

Kimi, Kimi K3, Moonshot AI, and related marks belong to their respective owners. KimiK3.online is not affiliated with or endorsed by Moonshot AI.
